  • Increase the confidence and ability to establish and operate adaptable emergency operation centers throughout Minnesota.
  • Improve communication and situational awareness within emergency operation centers throughout Minnesota.
  • Reinforce the Incident Action Plan planning process within emergency operation centers throughout Minnesota.​
